Wunderwear USA warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (30) days from date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. During this period such defects will be repaired or the garment replaced at W’underwear’s option at no charge. All Wunderwear Products are manufactured and inspected with Pride in the USA.

W’undercover equine underwear may be rendered ineffective due to improper use, lack of proper cleaning, incorrect sizing, a chronic condition or any other reason beyond our control. Except as expressly provided above W’underwear USA does not make any warranty or claims of any kind,either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warrants of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Wunderwear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use of Wunderwear products.

Exchange Policy

Exchange for larger sizes may require an additional charge plus S & H. Certain Sale Items & Women's Clothing cannot be exchanged. This is noted in descriptions.

Shipping Policy (Direct Sale Benefit for All Customers)

Wunderwear pricing is competitive with or lower than prices in your local tack shop, even after the addition of your shipping cost. Shipping & Handling is based on package weight. Suggested list prices are included with product descriptions. Your Direct Sale Price and your credit card transaction are calculated in US Dollars.

International Orders

We ship Global Priority US Mail. For other shipping arrangements, outside the USA, please contact: purchase@wunderwear.com

We will confirm your order, including shipping cost to your country, via eMail, or return FAX, or by phone, if necessary. You will receive a Paid Invoice for your record. Shipments to the UK and Europe usually arrive within 4 to 6 days.
